1. Scope & Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using this website, requesting an estimate, contacting us, or engaging any services provided by Vedder Roofing LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. 3. Estimates, Contracts & Payment Terms

• All estimates provided by Vedder Roofing LLC are non-binding until approved through a signed service agreement or contract.

• Pricing may vary based on material availability, labor needs, unforeseen conditions, or scope changes.

• A deposit may be required before work begins.

• Accepted payment methods include credit card, check, ACH/bank transfer, or other approved methods.

• Final payment is due upon project completion unless otherwise stated in the service contract.

Failure to make timely payments may result in project delays, suspension of work, or legal action, including the filing of a lien as permitted by Florida law.

4. Scheduling, Delays & Site Access

• All scheduling is contingent upon weather conditions, permitting, inspections, and material availability.

• Customers must provide safe and reasonable access to the property during agreed working hours.

• Vedder Roofing LLC is not responsible for delays caused by weather, supply chain issues, subcontractors, city/county inspections, utilities, or other conditions outside our control.

5. Materials, Workmanship & Warranty

• Vedder Roofing LLC provides a workmanship warranty for 10 YEARS from the project completion date.

• Manufacturer warranties cover materials and vary by product.

• Warranties may be voided by:

  • unauthorized modifications,

  • improper maintenance,

  • storm damage or acts of nature,

  • installation of third-party components by others.

Full warranty terms will be included in the customer’s final contract.

6. Customer Responsibilities

By engaging our services, customers agree to:

• Provide accurate project details and property information

• Maintain a safe environment for workers

• Secure pets, personal property, and vehicles during roofing operations

• Obtain HOA approvals when required

• Not interfere with work crews during active roofing operations

Failure to meet these responsibilities may result in delays or additional fees.

7. Website Use & Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including images, graphics, videos, text, service descriptions, and layouts—is owned by Vedder Roofing LLC and protected by copyright law.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or exploit any content for commercial purposes without our written consent.

Unauthorized use of the website or any automated data collection tools (scraping, bots, etc.) is prohibited.

Nothing in this section limits liability where prohibited by Florida law.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Vedder Roofing LLC, its employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising out of:

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
